Ben Hur Moving and Storage Return Policy

Tape and other packing materials are not returnable. All boxes are returnable in their original and unused condition. Clients can only return products when they have an upcoming move scheduled and boxes must be returned on the day of the move only.

To return boxes please give the original receipt of your purchase the foreman along with the excess boxes. The funds will be credited through the same payment method used during initial purchase transaction. Credit may take up to 14 days to be processed or reflected in your account. A $20 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
